Food and nails

 I made long nails for myself, but turned out they were too impractical for me. The most difficult thing was to try and type with a phone, since you have to use a finger to pass some electricity for the capacitive touchscreen to work.

 So I cut them to a more practical length. They are pretty much like my own nails now except they are harder and the nail polish stays on them for longer.

 I've been a lazy cook lately. It's mostly because I don't bother going to the grocery more often so I have to make something from whatever ingredients I happen to have.

These vegetarian patties were by far the most successfull I have yet managed to make. They were great in both texture and flavor.

Reasons to celebrate

We collected some flowers for my birthday with the dogs.

Making donuts for May Day.

Prepared with love.

My mom and dad brought me some proper birthday flowers.

We spent the May Day eve at my parents and the dogs got to socialise with theirs and my sisters dogs.

Yoda and Avallon fell in love. Size isn't a factor with true love.

Grilling.

We were supposed to go for a picknick at May Day with a friend of mine and her dog, but started raining the second we got out, so we got back inside and ate at my balcony.

As soon as we had eaten, sun begun to shine again and we took the dogs and my camera for a long walk.

Things are growing so fast right now, I'd find new stuff to photograph every day!

I love food. And taking pictures of food, it's so pretty. This was todays meal, spaghetti with soy, mushrooms and a lot of mustard, and self made potato salad in the spirit of becoming Walburgis Night.

Itäkeskus dog park was filled with snow. There used to be two benches like this. The other one must have been fully covered since it was no where to be seen.

Fence had also gotten a bit low. Yoda jumped in the park as soon as I took his collar off, but luckily they didn't jump right back out even though there was two dogs passing the park.

We finally got to go walk on the field too. The snow was frozen enough to carry our weight. First time this year, since it hadn't been warm enough to create the ice cover yet.

Yoda comes to check out if he can get treats. Gizmo in behind freaks out since she was left so far from both of us! She usually stays really close to either me or Yoda.
