Food and nails

 I made long nails for myself, but turned out they were too impractical for me. The most difficult thing was to try and type with a phone, since you have to use a finger to pass some electricity for the capacitive touchscreen to work.

 So I cut them to a more practical length. They are pretty much like my own nails now except they are harder and the nail polish stays on them for longer.

 I've been a lazy cook lately. It's mostly because I don't bother going to the grocery more often so I have to make something from whatever ingredients I happen to have.

These vegetarian patties were by far the most successfull I have yet managed to make. They were great in both texture and flavor.

Nails part 4

 Wedding nails.

 These are my first self made gels with tips. I need to show them a bit more file, some of them are pretty wide. But I'll do that tomorrow, enough for one day.

Some of them look quite like my own nails would though. But most are still pretty bad, I need a LOT more practice!

Nail polish shelves

 I bought two nail polish shelves. It turned out quite nice if I may say.

Easier to see all the different colours from here than from a box. I was looking for a white shelf but someone had bought all of them, might be it was actually a good thing. Now they match the color of my poster frames.

Nail art vol 2

Some nail polish styles that I've used since the last time. Been a quiet winter for my nail art, but I've noticed getting more interested in them again as my overall activity level is rising after winter.

Magic mushrooms from Super Mario. It's good to keep a few with you as you never know when you might need one!

I was experimenting with a coctail stick as my brush. I think the outcome was quite good. With the nail polish brush it's impossible to make small detail so I've usually used one meant for painting, but they lose their hair so quickly they become an expensive way to do this. I think this will be my meathod of use next time too!

The best of my collection. I have several others too, but I rarely use them. I don't like some cause they take too long to dry and some are too thin you need like four layers for a good color. Not good, I hate waiting!
