Walking on water

We went walking over the sea since even the snow was so thick your foot didn't sink in it at all. So I guess there wasn't any load on the ice cover. Dogs got to enjoy all that space.

Gizmo running faster than wind!

Yoda wants what Gizmo has.

I think given the time and space to do it - they would never stop running!

Except when they will prowl at each other, ready to attack. I think Gizmo here tries to look like a rabbit so Yoda won't guess what her intentions are.

Gizmo loves to tease Yoda into following her and then never lets him catch her.

Itäkeskus dog park was filled with snow. There used to be two benches like this. The other one must have been fully covered since it was no where to be seen.

Fence had also gotten a bit low. Yoda jumped in the park as soon as I took his collar off, but luckily they didn't jump right back out even though there was two dogs passing the park.

We finally got to go walk on the field too. The snow was frozen enough to carry our weight. First time this year, since it hadn't been warm enough to create the ice cover yet.

Yoda comes to check out if he can get treats. Gizmo in behind freaks out since she was left so far from both of us! She usually stays really close to either me or Yoda.

Warning! Danger around.

My girl would certainly need one of those warning signs above her head when she's out in the public!

Yoda has the most beautiful voice, at least when asked of himself.

Playing in the snow

Gizmo and Yoda were playing with a stick. That means Gizmo holds the stick and Yoda tries to take it but if he happens to catch the stick then Gizmo growls at him and he lets go.

Yoda doesn't mind. He mostly likes to run with others and doesn't really care about the toy.

New year, new photos

For the first time in her life, she spent the New Years Eve calmly sleeping (on a pillow she is not supposed to use) and not minding about the rockets.

My mothers cat has so big legs, they don't fit entirely in the basket.

Yoda is enjoying his vacation time.

It's so much show this year, it's difficult to find places where you can keep the dogs off leash without them drowning.

At least this guy doesn't mind a little ice and cold.

Neighbourhood

We've moved to a new house, back in the old neighbourhoor. It's been real nice going out with the two over here, especially since I've had plenty of time during daylight thanks to a couple of weeks vacation. There's so much nature near by and plenty of places to let the kids run off leash. :)

The old railway that hasn't been used for years is a great place to take them as you can see so far. Don't have to worry about sudden appearance of other people, you can always spot them before the dogs and even if you couldn't they are so far away the two won't go that far from me.

There's also huge fields for the two to run freely at!

Gizmo never goes too far from me, but Yoda is more brave and can take the most out of the space available. :)
