Week 04: Foods

I've taken a few food related images this week as I've been calculating the nutritions I get from my food. Just to make sure I get everything important and see if I should add something in my diet. Some stuff though like the school luches are not too accurate but it's no rocket science so an estimate will do fine.

This salad was part of todays dinner, it's mostly just bread fillings that I need to use before they get old... :) I bought a Hesburger salad dressing and it was really good, I don't like dressings that have any vinegar taste in them, unfortunately most of them do.

Bananas are like the best food you can have straight from nature! I guess there's still a little ape living inside me.

Sandwiches ready for work

Rice and hot sauce with wok vegetables, soy stips and extra pineapple. One of my favorite foods in regards of both taste and fast preparing

As an outcome of the research... Mostly everything is just good, I could eat carrot more often to get more vitamin A and I guess it would help with iron too. Though I do eat a lot of tomatoes and bell pepper. Then maybe adding one or two slices of bread and drinking a bit more milk wouldn't be bad ideas either.

I think it's nearly impossible for me to eat as much as all the books I've read say someone weighted as much as I should eat. The amounts on the examples are just huge, so if the proportions of the food ingredients are right but the amount a slightly smaller then I guess I've lived so far so good..?

Week 03

Some images aren't in the right order, sorry about that. This week a cruise themed images.

We took a cruise to Stockholm this weekend. Was too dark to take any proper pictures of the shore when the ship was taking off so took some of the ship spotlights.

There was an acrobatic show on the huge walking deck. By accident we got the best spot to see it while doing some wine shopping.

You've got to have a pretty good balance to do this.

Deck 6.

The outcome of my friend trying to open the bottle with the toilet door frame.

The outcome of him opening the rest of the bottles with a nut can.

Some building just outside the old town. HDR quality as most of the outside pictures to follow.

This turned out pretty well. It's almost spooky.

Castle image with some ghost wandering around.

Notice the man walking with one of those ghosts. It can't be a coinsidence his mate appear invisible while all the rest of the people turned out just right.

More of the old town.

These men where just shouting all kinds of rubbish (swedish I'd assume but how do they think *anyone* in there would understand any of that) to sell their fruits. I could think of a few better jobs for myself.

Weird looking statue somewhere in the city.

This aswell - it's just weird.

Back to the ship.

A drink with just the right colours. :)

There was a cabare show, as there's some France weeks. I would have expected to see more french food aswell because of it but I guess they didn't bother to go that far.

This woman was on another show earlier and did stand on a stick that was like a needle thin. Pretty good balance aswell.

Another drink.

This was from Silja's Stockholm harbour.

Week 02

So I did fale at the 365 project. I do have an excuse for it though, as my memory card reader destroyed 3 days worth of photos I was depressed about it and didn't take any photos for 2 days. Now I've been thinking about if I can continue the project or not, but I feel like I cannot.

From now on it will be weekly photos, I'll still try my best to take some each day, but I don't have to feel bad if I miss a day. :) Let's see where this is going. First set of photos below.

Ice has covered all the trees in the city. It's nothing like I've seen before. So pretty!

Found one apple that's taken its fair time before falling. :) It's certainly not heard about the fast pace at life the rest of us have to keep up with.

Taken from a bus window on my way home from work.

A closeup of the icy thing covering everything. It's been at least a week like this and yet it hasn't fallen off.

Flowers in my balkony windows.

Found one clear day between all this mist, was perfect for photographing.

067 - 01.01.2010

A day after after people have thrown all their money in the air. How difficult would it be to clean up after yourself? At least most of it, I might still understand those parts that fall down, you can't see where they fall in the dark, but this has not fallen from the sky. Oh well, someone else can do it!
